Not exactly as you though. In order to make this posible, you have to put this attachments:
-Monolithic Supressor
-Gain Twist Barrel
-The M-67 10 Round mags
-Overpressured rounds
Although it is true that the gun is really hard to use in this way, and the damage range is going to hurt a little, otherwhise and according to SymGG and the game itself, it is actually the Assault rifle with the highest muzzle velocity posible.

That should be the standard bullet velocity for all AR with with just overpressured rounds. Along with much lower ttk on longer ranges. AR’s besides the ak on close feel useless right now. Let snipers be good but at least give us ar’s that can shot back at them.
