What do you mean by “improve”? Because you’re the only one that knows what you want.
Aesthetically? Cable management, a small plant, tidying up, and moving the giant TV looming over your desk would all be improvements in *my* opinion, but I assume the TV is there for a reason.
So I dunno, you do you and worry less about what the internet thinks.

Start with the obvious by freeing it up of clutter. Then do cable management.
