Even if you don’t want to, at some point you’ll just become a thief…

Damn, it feels good to be a gangsta

Hope this is Oblivion. If so, I might just buy it.

Really hope BGS takes more inspiration from Dishonored in the next TES in terms of stealth and verticality, the Ryujin questline in Starfield was pretty decent with lots of nods to Deus Ex, so they’re on the right track just hope they will finally implement proper crouching collision in their engine, so that they don’t have to make tunnel-sized ventilation shaftsΒ

It was awesome! There was even the same bug in the quest line like. It felt just right ππ

Did you do anything to the lighting? my nights don’t look this dark.

Okay this looks absolutely unreal. I thought it is some other stealth game, I would have never guessed this is Oblivion.

Or marauder. Like there is apocalypse going on – Oblivion Crisis, and you at the same time are stealing property of othersπ€

I was actually surprised at how good Skingrad looked. Some of the graphics have that Oblivion jank, just higher res, but Skingrad actually made me go “whoa!”.

This looks so good. I pray they remaster Morrowind next

A long time ago, I tried stealth archery on undeads.
It did go well with my non-magical bow.
Fun times.

When people say remastered do they mean reimagined or regraphiced? I wanted to play Oblivion but graphics are a big thing for me… now I see I have no reason not to if it looks updated.
Does it still have all the jank stuffs old games have? Is it a charming little game because of that jank?

I grew up with Thief 1 & 2 and they were alright – neat idea but kind of felt like a tech demo. Thief 3 for all it’s questionable ratings sure was a fun game with a great variety of levels that I replayed multiple times. Maybe I should play #4.
(For context I have no idea what series this picture is from)

Is that Skingrad? I love that town.

Did they keep the original Oblivion lockpicking or did they update it to the lousy Skyrim lockpicking?

So what is the consensus on this remake? As someone who has never played it, but loves Elden ring and those type of games. Is it worth playing?

I wish I could but the stupid wood elf refuses to come to the initial meeting at midnight no matter what I do.

The night ambience in this game is fucking insane, especially when itβs raining

I’d rather be playing as Garrett in The City
