The recipe for the jambalaya is close enough to how I make it, too (assuming he’s already done a lot of the prep work & initial steps done before V arrives). but it definitely doesn’t look like that lol – with what looks like an entire box of rice dumped in & left to simmer, it should look like a bowl of rice with a bunch of veggies & meat in it. for a pot that size, it shouldn’t have been more than about 2 cups of rice 🙂
