I’ll be honest, that’s not THAT bad on paper. Everyone says Hooxis biggest weakness is he would get too harsh on himself and that would affect his calling. It sounds like a coach to help the energy of the team is exactly what they needed. The biggest issue is Hooxi and Taz apparently didn’t get along, and they absolutely should have worked with him on finding a replacement coach rather than just picking one.
