I really hope this will be more like FP1 then 2. I don’t think I played more then an hour or 2 of FP2 before checking out but I’ve played every scenario of the first game several times.

Adding my (seemingly unpopular) opinion, I loved FP1 and FP2. I loved that they were so different. So many developers go back and make the same game for the sequel and I love that the Frostpunk devs took a risk. For me, it paid off. I still go back and play both games from time to time. FP1 is definitely more of a city builder while FP2 is more of a society builder imo. I’m super excited to see what they’ll do for FP3!

For context, this is an unreal engine 5 remake of Frostpunk 1 with new mechanics, such as a new path that isn’t order or faith.
I’m not sure why they’ve announced this when Frostpunk 2 hasn’t been ported to console yet, let alone finishing the DLC’s for it on PC.
