It looks like Chill Blossom just with low rez, which is a Model L Challenge skin its not the MW2 skin the other guy thinks it is because its on a Kilo and u can’t have mw2/3 skins on BO6 guns
Edit: i found it, it’s a MW2 Event skin called Ashes of Wind i don’t know how he got it on a Bo6 Weapon other than Cheating
