I am glad they made sure not to remove this classic piece of literature in the Oblivion Remake.

This was a very formative moment for my young brain.

You meet (strip for) the author in Morrowind (Crassius Curio). He is not a good man.

I’m sure there would’ve been some backlash if they had left it out.

REMASTER not remake. It’s right there in the title – The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered

Edit: Sorry if that sounds snarky. It’s just that I’ve seen so many people call it a remake, when it’s clearly not. Just a bit of pet peeve I guess

*desperately trying to turn the page*

Still got the censored version of The Real Barenziah.

I’m still shocked over the fact that Falanu Hlaalu is still using her original voice lines in 2025.

This is cheap karma but you have to respect it .

That one is a timeworn classic can’t remove that one from TES. Fun fact is if you play ESO, it’s an ongoing meme, there’s spinoffs and different versions you may find along the way in your adventures.

Can you imagine the riots that would have ensued if ommitted?

After playing ESO for so long now, I was super pissed that I wasn’t mentioned once in Vanus’ stupid biography even though I totally saved his ass in Coldharbor.

Why would they remove it? It’s in Skyrim as well.
