That bug happens sometimes. Saw it for the first time a few months ago. On-screen animations play on some kinds of screens and reflective surfaces for some reason.

They share the same blank texture, so sometimes it’ll play the same animation layer playing on your screen on those screens.

I’ve seen this on the laptop in one of the Terminus EE steps, and I think it had some kind of CRT looking filter over it too. Quite a cool bug
