If possible, move your PC to the other side of the desk. It seems like it would be very uncomfortable squished in that small area. Also, go through those cables and see if any can be put away or organized effectively. Fire hazards are no joke! I do like the cups(?) Decorating the bottom, but I think that space could be used to either move your monitors over or your tower.
