Yeah and a story refresher up to that point depending on the game

There are so many games where I’d like to go back but it’s been so long I won’t remember how to play or what’s going on. Then I’ll try replaying from the beginning and getting burnt out by repeating the intro.

I hadn’t realized the game had been out long enough to require a refresher.

Bro this would be so good,I also have a habit of quitting gaming occasionally(I feel lazy to open the laptop or get busy in other tasks) so this would get my motivation back on any game that I start playing again

Oh my GOD this needs to be industry standard.

It’s as if you knew I was itching to jump back in

I just started SMTV Vengence, and I like that every time you load your save, the game has a prompt reminding you wtf you are currently doing.

  8. You wouldn’t believe how smug I feel when I see something in the Factorio menu screen patch notes that actually applies to me

Dragon Quest 11 does a quick recap of the last few things you did each time you jump back into the game. It’s super helpful, and it’s something I absolutely wish more games did.

Animal Crossing makes me sad when I return

Thank God steam implemented notes. Now when I feel like unnintalling a game, I write what goal i was working towards in game before unninstalling it

    Wow, that’s actually genius.

I had to take a break from playing Devil May Cry 5 for a few months due to work, and when I came back, I was absolutely lost due to the sheer amount of combos and attacks (not to mention 3 separate characters).

There are in-game tutorials you can look up, thankfully.
