Lagofast according to the ad read is a service that lets you use custom crosshairs and boosts connection speeds.
Other YouTubers largely considered trustworthy have advertised similar services. Gameboosting and custom crosshairs.
Why are they allowed to advertise these? I've been told several times that codm prohibits their usage, and will ban you if you use them. Yet these YouTubers are allowed to use them, and advertise it to their viewer base. potentially get them banned.
Have I been lied to, or does codm just not enforce these restrictions?

They’ll enforce it in-game. But YouTube can’t be responsible for keeping up with all the rules of different games.
But Youtubers promoting that kind of stuff should get shamed.
