Obvious answer for me is The Reaper ending, blasting in like a chromed-out monstrosity I am and making every ‘saka goon regret his choice of employment.
But a bit earlier, it’s probably River’s main mission, The Hunt. Him being a decent guy and a rare true friend V can get in the NC aside, I really enjoyed his quest. Amazing mix of detective work, some personal drama, Johnny’ s remarks about helping “the law”, general suspense and creepiness – it was great.

I really like the Lizzie Wizzy performance of delicate weapon. Goosebumps every time.

Kicking Oda’s ass. Byakko + Yinglong makes the fight seem short. Or alternatively, any boss fight.
Alternatively, getting Lizzy and/or Frank to call. It took a long ass time for Frank to call (I triggered it by doing a few Dogtown gigs) and I haven’t gotten Lizzy to text me yet despite me completing Judy’s quest lines, doing Search and Destroy, nearly finishing Kerry’s quest line, doing River’s quest line, doing all of Regina’s gigs (before doing The Heist) and I tried restarting my game a few times but Lizzy still won’t call me.
