Does anyone have any idea why my 5090 is performing so poorly?

7950X3D
x670e Carbon WIFI Latest Bios
6000Mhz RAM
5090 Gainward Phantom
Phanteks Revolt X 1200W PSU
Using supplied 12Vhwpr connector to 4 PCIE connectors
Performance just does not seem right… .
Any help is greatly appreciated

Probably not related to your performance issues, but you should invest in an ATX 3.1 PSU. That adapter is just asking to melt.
