Hi this my first pc.build so I'm kinda not knowing what I'm doing .
I'm running cinebech . To stress the pc
. Temperture 95 ,which some i guess its normal for that cpu .
But the ppt and cpu power it's wahts concerts me .
I'm using a peerless assassin se cooler .

Lots of variables to consider but to the point, what about the ppt and the cpu power are concerting to you?
Yes its normal for a stock 7600X.
It hits 95 in seconds as its suppoused to.
I use HWinfo for testing temps and other variables.
PPT is not normal as Max should be 105W.
I have this processor at -15 PBO on all cores PPT max at 90W and Max temp of 90C.
If you want lower temps and more stability undervolt is the only way.
85+ never normal
