After 100 hours of play, I have never been interested in the weapon stores present in the game because the weapons that I found during the missions and contracts were already quite satisfactory but I am now looking for legendary improvement components (sight, chip, etc.) to improve these weapons and none of the armories that I visited seem to suit me, that is why I am turning to you now dear choom community

Well yeah. Shops only sell up to categorie 5 to ny knowledge. Findable weapons are usually 5+ or 5++.
The trick to the gun shops is finding the one(s) that always have the weapon you use. Given the weapons of your choice are a personal preference, it will vary from person to person. Every gun dealer in the game is guaranteed to carry the crafting spec of anything from 1-3 weapons. You’re doing a build around LMGs? Well, let me introduce you to the vendor in the van next to the Sunset Motel, who always has the craft specs for the M2067 Defender and the MH70 HB machine guns. Prefer smart guns? The 2nd Amendment in Heywood across from the NCPD headquarters has the specs for the G-58 Dian, the Gun-O-Rama in Kabuki Circle has the specs for the HJKE Yukimura, the 2nd Amendment in Pacifica has the A-22B Chao specs, and the Rifles & Pistols next to the Halsey & MLK fast travel point downtown has the specs for the TKI-20 Shingen, the Ashura, and the L-69 Zhuo.
While there is some randomness to the inventory, you’ll find similar things in the stock too. Not every vendor carries a Nue, for example. Once you figure out what you use all the time, find which vendors sell those, and keep visiting them.
Scopes and muzzle attachments normally top out at T4. There are a small number of T5 attachments that are random drops in Dogtown. Mods are only sold as T2 or T3 depending upon your level. You have to do 2 for 1 combinations to make higher tier variants of those.

Some of the armories sell different aesthetics as well.
For example, the gun store in the City Center sells exclusively Golden/Luxury toned weapons at the Tier you’re leveled at. I’ve been rocking a golden Nue and a Golden Tsunami ever since I found them.

The only weapon store I care about is the melee weapon vendor in west wind estate that sells headhunter.
I always just go to them and buy up their mods to take apart and make into higher tier mods.
