So the 4000 series are still stuck at December 2024 drivers for stable experience? :-/
ThankuConan
Problem solved: Already switched to an ARC 770 12Gb. Nvidia can go back to selling to BC miners.

Meanwhile, my 9070XT has worked flawlessly since the minute I plugged it in.

I’ll keep waiting thank you
ZorianNL
Still contains the black screen bug at the 40 series which has been present for months now. I’ll stay at the driver from September 2024, the last one that didn’t have a ton of issues.

Fun fact:
They dont.

Well, if you read nvidia reddit about this new driver many people still have problems. Mb they fixed some cases, but its still not stable for everyone.
At least wait some days for new tests if you re sitting on 2024 drivers to reach more details.

I got 2 5070s coming for builds and I’m hoping drivers aren’t dookie.
Nottiex
installed new driver and it kept my gpu temp frozen in afterburner after every pc restart and it actually didnt use custom fan curve properly because of that, reverted
Ok_Reflection1950
one driver to end all cards but leave 5000 series working well 🙂

I have a 5080 and it actually lowered my 3d mark scores and now I can’t overclock as high without crashes, the previous drivers gave me 0 issues. It’s funny because I just saw a post saying these new drivers improved his 3d mark scores. I wonder why these drivers are so inconsistent between different people
AmmoOrAdminExploit
PC immediately black screened after updating had to resort to the second monitor unplug and replug trick LMAO
Majorjim_ksp
The fact he doesn’t even mention the issue isn’t just 50 series pisses me off.. we need to be screaming it from the rooftops.

I haven’t crashed on Arma Reforger all day so there’s that

Too late, I bought something different 😉

my fucking god can they focus on these goddamn fixes. Unbelievable that there are still issues.
RailGun256

Can I now play sh2 remake on my 2070 without having to upgrade or ue5 crashing at startup? Cause that was disappointing.

Me reverting back to 533.36 and still being wary of anything

Im seeing a few talks about a black screen issue here so I have a question. My brother owns a 4090 and randomly (easily every 1-2 days for the last few months) while he is playing games (From rocket league to C.O.D.) his pc gets a black screen during a game and the GPU fans will skyrocket to max speed. It stays like this until either the PC crashes after a minute or he gives it a reboot. I’ve tried helping with it by logging on HWInfo but its so wildly unexpected that he keeps missing it as he forgets to do it the times it does happen. Is anyone else getting this issue? Im really stumped as to what is going on

Hopefully they are telling the truth. There’s a note about fixing “system hard hang” which may describe the crashes I’ve been having. I have seen more stability since switching to studio drivers.

im seeing noticeable improvements in all the games ive tested so far 🤷♀️

Said it fixed Fortnite crashing. Mine crashed after 2 hours.

COD BO6 still crashing on me regularly 🙁 It seems to die if I hit ESC to “pause” it, and then go off do something for many mins.

Nah its still buggy. Display bugs constantly. Switching between displays still takes twice as long if it even works.

Question, should I even update my GTX 970 or stay on whatever I have right now?

Were these tested yet?
