I don't know wtf I'm doing wrong. I seem to have been trying a million different approaches. So my CPU won't go past 4.7 GHz even when fully loaded and stress tested.
I've updated latest bios
Tried near a hundred different OC settings.
It just won't – go – past 4.7 GHz
I have a liquid cooled i7 10700k on a Rog Strix B640-F Asus Motherboard
Power Plan is at Performance mode
It's quite literally completely still at 4.7 GHz not moving up or down. I'm so in the dark of what to do. Please for the love of god someone help me

I’ve obviously overclocked to 51 with voltage to 1.3-1.4
