I have external HDD drive connected to the PC all the time, but when I turn on the PC while it’s connected, the drive is not accessible and I get this error (Location is not available F: is not accessible. The request could not be performed because of an 1/0 device error.)
However, the drive is spinning and recognized by Windows and I can eject it before unplugging it.
I have to reconnect it to get it to work.
How can avoid this error?

I am looking at upgrading my RTX 3070 TI XLR8 to a PowerColor Hellhound Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24GB. My PC struggles to play FF16, BG3 or Wukong at High to Ultra setting most of the time so I have been considering an upgrade and would like to ask with my current parts, do I need to upgrade the PSU (750w) to a higher capacity for the new GPU? Also will there be any compatibility or bottlenecking issues with my current parts?
(I’m not 100% sure what I should be providing, but I guess I’ll provide as much as I can)
OS: Windows 11 Home
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-Core Processor
RAM: Corsair 32GB 6400MHz DDR5
MOBO: Asus TUF Gaming B650-Plus WiFi AM5 ATX Motherboard
GPU(current): PNY GeForce RTX 3070 TI XLR8
PSU (current): MSI (MPG A750GF) 750W 80+ Gold Full Modular Power Supply. Do I need 1000W? Or 850W?
Case: Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (with the hard drive cage currently removed). **Might consider upgrading the case as well. Would anyone have any recommendations for a new case?**
I also run a triple monitor set up and play games between high-ultra setting (depends on how the PC handles the game):
1x Dell 32′ G3223Q + 2x Dell UltraSharp U2415E 24″
Any help or tips is much appreciated!
