The EU initiative ‘Stop Destroying Videogames’ sits at 431k signatures out of 1 million! The deadline is 2025-07-31. If passed and implemented, publishers will be forced to leave games in a playable state once they shut them down/are abandoned. Fellow gamers, share with your family and friends!

Codm isn’t shutdown or abandoned. It’s very much playable currently. This post doesn’t belong on this subreddit. Plus it’s sort of political. There’s one thing I absolutely detest, and that’s politics.
My brother in Christ, this affects games like The Crew that was shut down and taken out of everyone’s libraries, not mobile games
I’d love to help but I’m not an EU citizen. I hope this thing succeeds.
I don’t wanna see live service games die.
I saw a lot of games I loved get shut down because of live service, a lot of games I wanted to play but couldn’t because they pulled the plug on it before i ever got to play it. I want that to never happen again.
Wish I could help but with my country no longer in the EU I can’t sign. But good luck!
I really hope this goes trough
If the game does shut down, it’d be great if the fans picked it up and ran their own server where everything is free, kinda like the School of Dragons Offline project or Tanki X
