There's actually 3 computers here. SFF gaming rig (5080/9800x3D), work laptop (M1 MBP) in the corner and my productivity computer (Mac Mini M2 Pro) mounted under the desk.
TB Kvm switch to share all peripherals with switcher button next to desk height controller.

Does the KVM switch not introduce a lot of input lag during gaming from your peripherals?
