I understand if the player dies in a place that an enemy could claim it from, and they want to stop the enemy from getting it.
But if it’s literally in their spawn?
I just don’t see why some braindead and greedy players think that because someone earned a score streak means that they get to claim it. It’s not yours, it’s theirs. If it’s a triple package, it doesn’t mean it’s a one for each player nearby. It means you let them open it in peace, and don’t try to steal one so you can make up for your atrocity of a k/d.
Just don’t.
You know, that they know exactly what they’re doing as well. Maybe just don’t try to play your teammates, and instead be a team player.

yea i only open it if the player dies trying to cos i dont want the enemy to try, but to open it like its a airdrop on battle royale is crazy to me. very greedy.
You can’t carry more than one airdrop score streak, right? So if you do the emergency and you get a vtol, Goliath, and sentry gun what do you plan on doing? You going to leave them there and come back when you’re done with the Goliath or vtol?
Idk I always let my teammates grab one from the emergency airdrops. Especially since most of the time it’s later in a match by the time I get them. If it’s something I’m can call in quickly like a uav or something then I might not, but the likelihood of the enemy letting me have enough time to open all three is rather slim. This is for ranked though.
It’s your streaks though so I guess turn your mic on and tell them.

I mean I think in the description it even implies you and teammates use it. If you’re using this you’re trying to win, and I’d rather my teammate live longer thanks to a streak than without one; if you’re using this to play streaks in pubs, get over yourself and go play shipment.
Loot gremlins. You see them in BR, but those entitled dickwads think that your emergency drops are the team’s emergency drops just because there’s multiple. Happened a few times back when the Goliath first released and I had a few stolen from me.
It’s kind of a difference of opinions. Yes, you earned it. If it was mine I would be happy even if all of it gets used by my teammates as long as we win. If you play with randoms they may feel the urgency to “help” out.

I always leave some of them for the teammates. I just get what I want or the most toxic ones so enemies can’t get them.
You drop three pieces of cheese among the rats and complain that they’re hungry.
It’s an online game, play with a full team if you want in game etiquette.
I get it’s annoying. But you are fist fighting the wind. There is nothing nice to be had unless you secure it for yourself.
Bad etiquette is the norm. If you don’t like something, try to let them know, and they have 3 main course of action; deliberately doing it again, listening to you, not hearing/reading anything you communicate.
Further, I’m not letting your care package fall into enemy hands. Again, pit of rats without etiquette, I cannot guarantee you’re not trying to feed the enemy.
I’ll respect protecting the care package for a teammate. However, I’m taking a killstreak from the emergency airdrop before the enemy does.
I think the opposite please use these I can only use one per 30 secs give or take.
For like 1 or 2 years now I haven’t used any of the Supply Drop Scorestreaks since I already have a Scorestreak Setup I like, ranked basically gives you no time to wait for it to drop since even in spawn your instantly gonna get turned into swiss cheese if you don’t move
