In bios i only did xmp profile and costume curve per core with a range of -15 to -35 on some cores.I also use noctua NH-D15 and 2 case fans. I’m seeing +200 on clocks and your limits are much higher than default.Getting rid of the +200 would help immensely. You could also apply a thermal limit.
