V says all the wrong things is a fun playthrough though

You say that *now.* Let’s see how big you talk when you find out I left Gottfrid and Fredrik alive so Regina could use them to track down other XBD scrollers.

I play video games specifically to do things I wouldn’t/couldn’t do in real life.

I’ve noticed this trend in several RPG game communities.
Fallout, Baldur’s Gate 3, Rogue Trader, Cyberpunk; all of them have a subset of fans that treat the characters in the game like real people that are harmed by player choices. This vocal minority of posters will start to take over fan communities as time goes on because they care the most.
I wouldn’t bet against some kind of irl cult forming out of the Astarion fandom.

It’s my playthrough and I’ll do what I want.

Me when I don’t kill the father or the son in that one gig because I’m not paid extra to

I mean aside from roleplaying playthrough, most people make decision in games like how they would or would have want in real life situation. And unless i just quicksave and enters psycho mode, i am not gonna hurt people when they’re not in my way
If someone knowingly pick the bad decision without second thought in their regular playthrough then 90% of the time they would not be a good companion in real life if you are a normal law abiding person

Lol i love how some of the dialog options sound slightly different and not aggressive but when i choose one that isn’t the outright most positive sounding voice line, V just kinda shits on the character im talking to for a single sentence then he’s back to being nice.
