My PSU: asus prime 850w 80 gold+
Note: i tried stress with cpu z for cpu and furmark for gpu to monitor stability and the voltage doesn’t go down more than 11.691v

12v is the voltage which arrives from.your psu. If it would drop. More your psu had problems. You want to look at core voltage
