R7-7700, B650M TUF, TCreate 6400cl32, absolute noob at memory oc. Would 6000cl30 and 1:1 give me better gaming performance than the default EXPO 6400c32 and 1:2 settings I’m currently running?

I’ve had pretty bad results trying to OC memory in the past so I don’t want to mess with timings and voltages, just a simple set it and forget it. I’ve read around that setting the EXPO profile and then manually lowering the frequency to 6000mt would automatically set the UCLK to 1:1 with the RAM. Is this true? And will it give me a noticeable performance increase in gaming or should I just leave it as it is?
