What can all this even do? Does it dramatically change gameplay or is most of this stuff just numbers boost on attacks and such? Every play thru the cybernetics do not feel important at all.

(another sidenote, I got a mod that rebalances the guns to be more realistic, meaning faster fire rates, and some guns do more damage, so even with all that armor I cant get too relaxed in fights and I can die very quickly)
