Is there any reason I wouldn't be hitting the 120W tdp on my 7800X3D when running an all core cinebench 2024 test?

It is disabled by default. You can’t overclock the Ryzen 7 7800X3D. Some motherboard vendors allowed manual tweaking of the BCLK clock from 100 to 1025,5, but this caused voltage-related issues and burned CPUs in the first batches in early 2023. Most vendors rolled out BIOS updates to address this. I have a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, and I only use Curve Optimizer to -23. You have to test stability with OCCT; some are poor bins, and you can only reach -10, while others perform better at -30. I don’t run my memory kits on EXPO, but on MSI, try it profile. The 5.050mhz is your max boostclock for a singlethreaded load.
