Are you just using auto mode on your s24+? Test out using pro mode you can get some amazing photos. The sensor and software on these recent Samsungs has great quality you just need to mess with the settings a little bit sometimes. It’s possible you might see a small improvement going to iPhone but nothing major as they both have pretty similar actual sensor sizes just due to size constraints of.. well being a phone in your pocket. If you really want to upgrade your photos even a cheap used DSLR from a few years ago for $300 or so will have amazing quality just due to the physical camera sensor being so much larger
