Why does this new HDR Scope feel like it has no more zoom than a Red Dot Sight? It feels drastically less magnified than the original? 🤔

No more zoom than a red dot sight? It may be less zoom than the original but the default is very similar to 7x scope attachments(a little less than that, u can try it side by side with another gun running 7x in firing range) which is a lot more than red dot

Honestly, I’m glad that they have probably intentionally put flaws in the gun such as the low zoom, if they had made it like the original, the balancing would be more off and unfortunately this would raise the possibility of them nerfing it by hitting more crucial stats: BV and bullet drop and damage range.

The gun isn’t perfect and I don’t want it to be, as i honestly don’t want the bullet performance to change

I have used some of the higher zoom optics available, there’s a 14x variable zoomed that makes it quite effective at multiple ranges

This is me last night. The case for me is, I was sniping someone far. And then some thirdie killed me with a ground loot hdr i swear it has like 3x zoom and the killcam looks so clear even though I am a far target, meanwhile, i was struggling with my hdr with 7x zoom

I think me and OP had observed the difference. The supposed higher zoom scopes feels less effective compared to those smg scopes attached to hdr

I checked all the bo6 scopes and they are all completely inaccurate with their zoom levels.

Just pick up any kar98k with a scope and you’ll see how bad it is. For some reason all the scopes in bo6 are ridiculously low zoom compared to the MWII/MWIII ones
