That tRFC 884 is really hurting your latency
Try 525-500
Lower trc to 68, tfaw to 20, trrdL to 8, twtrs 4 L 16, twr 48, trtp 16. If this is Hynix this will work
Now would this work at 6200/6400 or should I probably stick to 6000?
Just select 6200Mhz in the bios, or use one of the 6200Mhz pre-done memory profiles, it should work no problem if you have good quality ram
