I wanted to do some digging on the statue outside of the mansion, and what I found out is that it is actually a Peter Pan statue.
Creator:
It was commissioned by J.M. Barrie and sculpted by Sir George Frampton.
Location:
The statue is located in Kensington Gardens, London, near Bayswater Road, where Barrie's stories were inspired.
Design:
The statue depicts Peter Pan standing atop a structure, surrounded by squirrels, rabbits, mice, and fairies.
Other Casts:
Six other casts of the statue have been erected in other places around the world.
Barrie's Inspiration:
Barrie's stories were inspired by the gardens, and the statue is located where Peter Pan lands after flying out of his nursery in "The Little White Bird".
Basically my takeaway from this is that if there is an EE trigger for this, perhaps there’s a little white bird flying around the map or something. I’ll be trying different things next time I hop on but I figured I would share this with everyone interested in hunting.

Flute boy is his name
If you stand near the statue you can hear the flute, there’s definitely something up with that
Isn’t this also on a mw19 map?
Didn’t appear to be interactable but there’s a miniature one in the purple liminal room on a fireplace mantel.
This makes me think of the rat king EE in Citadelle and the pied piper of Hamelin story. Dude controls rats with a flute lol
I thought maybe it had something to do with the dog house where Mr. Peek’s body parts show up, or maybe rabbits because they’re on the stump?
