Scavenger allows you to loot more cash, plates and ammo from the dead enemies u kill. And considering the slow pace that the game currently is compared to the last season, it might be more worth it than equipping survivor as ur first slot.
And By the way, quick Fix exist as the second perk (the red ones) So. If ur still worried about that health regeneration, you can still equip it as the second perk and still keep Scavenger

Scavenger and tempered are my go tos.
All perks in slot 1 are unuseable, because you are just going to die to a prox mine randomly
No no no, but how will this help the try hard sweats win a gun fight? Having to think about perks outside of straight up gun fight buffs? Nonsense!
I already run it anyway just for max ammo from loadout
By “ammo equipment” does that include lethals and tacticals?
