There was a netrunner program in one of the original RPG books called “bunnies”. It had a simple avatar and would replicate endlessly, taking up all your RAM and crashing your deck.

Yeah. It’s part of the RabbitOS v3.19 Swarm AI system, to out-breed other AI and maintain the blackwall.
Some say it’s a hare brained scheme.

to make matters worse, they are based on the data and behaviour of the Killer Rabbit from Monty Python.
They’ve got huge, sharp…uh…they can upload about…look at the shards!
