I always thought this interaction was interesting because Dance describes the legendary effect as a "modification" despite legendary weapons typically being RNG (without the craftable legendary mod) and the lucky legendary effect is only useful for VATS users so the brotherhood armor SHOULD have a VATS system reversed engineered into their hud. Really interesting to think about
