For season 1 medal, the only requirement is that you had a rating in this season right? 25 wins is a requirement only for season 2.

Good for valve but I don’t care bout this game anymore.
If reporting a blatant cheater with demo link doesn't get them banned, VAC isn’t going to do anything. S2 is going to be the same as S1 but medals coz that matters…
It will be just another wave of cheaters, who will ruin all the fun and turn people into toxic griefing victims who will get ban after each game they play.
Im on cooldown 14d for like 6months in a row and I dont even play matchmaking (obviously) and only play FaceIT. Cooldown never ended. Thats how toxic everyone is.
So game is more than broken atp. If you play with mid-end PC and you get fps drops on intesive fights – you lose all the fun of this game. Everything is overprocessed, stuttering, lagging, your hits feels like junk food coming from subtick factory and etc.
Only high-end PC users can enjoy this game, the rest of community (lets say 70%) is just suffering in lottery battle of 2x randomised bullet-spread + subtick verdict on your hit-reg.

whats the point of caring about high ranked premier stats with the amount of cheaters plaguing matchmaking and 3rd party services? No working anti-cheat = pointless grinding.
