That’s a pretty good as long as it doesn’t have like a 1600x in it lmao

  2. i would open it at the store to confirm someone didn’t swap out another part

the AMD label on the box looks to be intact, if it really a 7800x3d inside you got a deal

Try and fully cover the qr/barcodes as we can easily still scan them, just a FYI for next time

  5. As long as there really is a 7800x3d in it then it’s a good deal.

I’ve worked in both Walmart electronics and the returns department. There’s very little risk with this. Walmart’s return policy for open boxes is identical to their regular return policy, so if its the wrong item or it doesn’t work you should just be able to bring it back, and the employee will just take it back no questions asked. Should still carry the same manufacturers warranty as well.

This one almost appears to be brand new, though. The top sticker looks to be sealed from this angle. Very possible it got returned brand new, and an employee marked it down out of habit or the system told them to.

I think check the pins (does it have pins?)

FYI we can still read the barcode. If you want to censor barcode like that, u should write them off vertically at 3 spot, one slash middle and one slash on each extremity

  9. What do I think? I think you know what I think.

When the QR code is almost painted over, I wish it would still be scannable. Hmm, let me see.

  11. I got mine brand new for this price 😂 isnt his like a normal price ? Around 300€

I’d just open the box and make sure it’s the correct cpu before leaving the store. Otherwise it’s a safe buy. Take it home and test it. If it doesn’t work you can return it. This isn’t Craigslist.

At what Walmart do they sell these things? Mine just has a few cheap laptops, a couple desktops, some HP printers and a wall of USB cables.

I bought my 7800x3d for $280 a few months ago. Felt amazing lol. You’ll love it!

So not sure if this has been posted or not but at least for intel chips resellers will return the chips that don’t OC as high as others. Not sure if that matters in your case but worth noting.
