Yeah, I’m little annoyed you aren’t allowed to make some choices when you buy a vehicle to make it more your own. I really want to be able to own a yellow MaiMai.
You playing on PC or console? There is a mod that allows you to choose diff skins for vehicles. maybe your preferred SUV skin is available there
Yeah, i don’t know why is it so hard to let you change color schemes that already exist in game. Mods can do that for you
I’m still mad that I can’t get the SUV version of the Thornton Merrimac. I really wish you could buy all cars instead of just a handful.
If only it was possible to customize, like they said before releasing the game.
I’m hoping for deep car customization in the next game. I can always use mods but if it was baked in the game I wouldn’t need them
They did the same thing for clothes. NPC’s get the normal black or grey appearance options and all V’s clothes are bright pink and yellow with neon green tiger stripes. Pretty infuriating. Thank god for mods

I wanted Reed’s car, but we got some MURICA variant instead.
Repainting a car should not be super hard to implement. I mean, they already did exactly that with one brand of car in the game, why not all of them?
the issue is the are only 2 trucks
With the amount of people calling for vehicle customization, and the one update that made the Rayfield cars have a customization option to them, id be surprised if they dont give us proper customization in the next game. Still should have been in this one though, they even had a trailer hyping up all the vehicles shortly before release.
Ill never understand why i cant change the colors on the vehicles.
Cyberpunk’s vehicles make me long for the customization options you had in the Saints Row games. You could really make your cars your own in that.
I feel the same way with the Kusanagi. DAMN it looks good in black
It does feel like an odd choice that we can go to a ripper to physically change our appearance and yet there’s not a single body shop in all of Night City. Add to that we can steal cars for Muamar but can’t permanently steal them for ourselves. I’ll ignore how terrible the parking situation is in Night City because that feels pretty accurate to most cities I’ve been to.
