honestly pretty fitting, both are incredibly loyal to a tyrannical power that cast them out and marked them for death, still trusting in the system even as it repeatedly rejects them and tries to kill them. Both constantly make excuses to themselves as to *why* this keeps happening.
Difference is Lae’zel can see the truth behind githyanki society and turn against it, where as Goro refuses to turn against Arasaka no matter how many times it’s evil reveals itself
