  1. I’m taking bets on what survives this packing job. I’m guessing maybe the SSDs, not much else.

  2. Reminds me when last time I flown back to my country with a pc in my carryon bag.

Do yourself a favor: just tell the TSA agent you’ve got computer parts and that you’re happy to go through the parts with them. In other words, just volunteer yourself for the search. It makes the process go smoother, and the TSA folks are usually appreciative. I’ve had to travel with items that will always get flagged, and it’s better to just tell them “Hey I’m traveling with these things that will look weird on the scanner; I can show you what they are.” This way sometimes they let you show them the stuff at first, which prevents them from overhandling or mishandling your shit.

Brother not a SINGLE piece in that bag is gonna survive that trip. What the fuck are you doing? At least wrap them in a shirt????

Oh you will. I had an XBox and they immediately stopped me.

Take gpus and motherboard out of bag and put in a separate bin, depending on the operator they may want power supply separate as well, otherwise pcs go through all the time

IDK, my Hikvision SSD transfers with the speed of a snail. I think it’s actually slower than a HDD. When I mentioned it in the store I got it from, they told me that it’s the #1 complaint that they get about Hikvision SSDs. Needless to say I replaced that Chinese crap after a few days. What’s your experience with these Hikvision SSDs?
