So I’ve recently moved home and have tried to do what I can to make my setup work but it just feels bland and I struggle with getting demotivated when my space isn’t interesting and enjoyable.
There’s a lot of wires and I’m horrific at cable management and my PC is currently behind my desk. One of my monitors is on a dual arm but the other one isn’t mountable (which irritates me more than you’d think).
I’ve got one RGB light strip on my unmounted monitor too.
Any advice or suggestions are welcome!

Ultra wide
A deskmat to make it feel more organized. 🙂
A mousepad
I put my monitor at an angle so it’s easier to watch while playing
Some spatial organization would help. Put the desk against a wall, not in front of a bookshelf for starters.
Back of tv screen to the right looks dusty. Nest of cables under desk. Ideally no bookshelf behind the desk.
Plant / fake plant on the desk to add colour. And maybe raise the monitors on to a desk shelf, then the keyboard and mouse can live under it when not in use.
One of the most important things when using 2 monitors is to have 1 of them in front of you and the secondary to one of the sides. You can have a larger table to improve it, remove that shelf and place an L shaped table against the wall if you have the space.
Swap the Velo for Zyn and the rest will take care of itself
