Barghest is more like a military force rather than a typical gang and Hansen seems like a pretty competent leader. They don’t deal in human misery as much as the others, they’re mostly involved in arms dealing. Sure, they’re still pieces of shit, but the only thing that makes them criminals is the lack of corporate backing.
