   Did you get the item? If not, look around, there should be a second dead arasaka dude close by. Scan the ground and the blood should lead you to the sword.

   Nope. And also follow the blood, you will see the other guy that he just dueled. Loot his corpse and you will only find info on what lead to it and thats it
