I oc’d my ram from 3600 to 4000, but I don’t know what to put here and this is the important thing, what would be the best configuration?

Look at the wiki. Memory overclocking is far too complicated to fit it all in a single comment.

If you’re taking your first swing at RAM overclocking, please read [this guide](https://github.com/integralfx/MemTestHelper/blob/oc-guide/DDR4%20OC%20Guide.md) as it will help you out. You also need to know roughly what you’re doing (so reading through the guide is very helpful for this), or you risk corrupting your files or operating system if it’s unstable. The guide has good recommendations for timings and stability tests to ensure it’s stable. It will take time and patience to get it right as it is complicated and there’s way too much depth to explain on Reddit. Best of luck!

Also note that if this is an AMD system, you want the FCLK to be in sync with the RAM frequency or your system will feel slower due to increased latency. This would mean 4000MHz RAM would need 2000MHz FCLK as the actual clock speed for RAM is 1/2 the advertised speed since it’s misnamed.
