Ive seen posts but never a definitive answer on what these mean or what the religion even is. Clearly it has some spiritual significance in Night City as you see monks and mercs alike praying at these statues.

I think it has something to do with some religion in Night City, misty worships them, and a ton of statues around it are seen all around NC.
I think the Monks pray to them, but that’s it for me,
