I had the Sega channel for a while as a kid. Was like Netflix but for games, on my Sega Genesis, in the 90s. I played Phantasy Star 1-4 that way.

They have- but so has the internet. Granted, a LOT of that, maybe even most of that, has been negative, but a lot has been positive, too.
