Whenever someone asks me about anything about either an upgrade or new built. The first 2 questions should always be:
1. What do you wanna do with it?
And
2: What is your budget, or what are you willing to spend to archieve that goal?
And then you are gonna talk about options. Always ask those 2 questions.

Everytime I suggest or help with a pc build, the first question I ask is…”what’s your ceiling budget?” To all my clients/friends. Also trying to do my best under that amount to meet their requirements.
