Just built this setup around a month ago. Only things that are not new are the PS4, the desk itself, the phone holder, and the chair. I’ve been thinking about what to upgrade but I’m not sure. The desk is starting to feel a little small, and the chair is pretty old and doesn’t do my lower back justice. Also the lighting sucks and I don’t have speakers, a place to put my headphones or spare drives, etc.
What would you change first? Thanks in advance!

What’s the desk mat?
Maybe add monitor arm and those headphone holders that clip on the side of the table?
