I loved paco. Reminded me a lot of Jackie which I think was intentional (and no not just because their both Hispanic. Paco literally talks about being in the “big leagues”).

If you have completed Panam’s quest line, River’s, or Rouge’s before you get to Paco, all three become options for saving him. In my last play through before the one I’m on now, >!I used River to save Paco. If you use River, he pulls some strings to get a shipment of generators he knows about being held with NCPD. He get those and has them sent to a drop point for Paco to go get. Paco then will text you about it, and in doing so reveal what a Gonk he really is. V has the option to tell Paco via text to not mess up this second chance he’s been given.!<
