I’m pretty confident I solved the KN-44 Hypercube EE.
The reason why it’s written, “The House is safe.” Is the continuous cycle, and that they were always gonna take the vials and drink them to go back to Origins.

The reason why it wasn’t safe anymore is all because of Richthofen(s) freeing Weasel thus breaking the Cycle.

Richthofen was always trying to do the right thing for The Crew but it always spread the Aether even more,
And when Nikolai finally stepped over, and when Richthofen finally met Pablo in The Great War, he realized it was all because of him. And then Nikolai took over.
And Shadowman is the other reason why The Crew and the Universe faded. He always knew, he said it himself.
His plan was to always start the Great War and take over, so he planted the seed by The Summoning Key and making Pocket Dimensions.
And Monty was apart of the reason too: by wanting to have control over the Universe. But it finally backfired when Nikolai took over, by breaking free of Monty and Richthofen realizing he needs to sacrifice The Crew.

And it takes place in The Giant, where the fracturing started when Richthofen changed his plans and killed his Ultimus self
So the other ciphers could possibly talk about Richthofen, the main timeline cycle of The Giant, or SoE location of the Key that starts off the hints of the souls and then back to the House.
Because the ciphers talk about the souls’ location.
And Richthofen is the reason why Pablo time travels, finds out about Element 115, gives Shard to Rev Richthofen, which broke the Cycle.
